Ian's father Douglas Loram has been conducting funeral services in Torbay for over 60 years and his father was involved in the funeral services in Torbay in the 1930's. Douglas Loram formerly owned Torbay & District Funeral Service and Drakes of Torbay funeral service in Torquay and Maunders Funeral Service in Paignton, in addition to T. & I. Stockman. These were sold when Douglas retired at the turn of this century. Ian and his family retained T. & I. Stockman Funeral Directors in Torbay and have now become the only local family funeral directors in Paignton and funeral directors in Brixham. Today, T & I Stockman are the only local family owned funeral directors in Torbay with Chapels of Rest in Paignton and Brixham. T & I Stockman offer their funeral services throughout Brixham, Paignton, Torquay and across the South Hams and Teignbridge.
